Precast Technician

Precast Technicians are involved with multiple tasks associated with placing concrete into forms. Other duties include installation of formwork, oiling forms, placing reinforcing down, installing steel embeds, finishing concrete, rigging and handling precast, rubbing and patching precast. Precast Technicians will be required to work in other areas of the facility when needed. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required, along with adhering to standard industry safety practices. Welder/Fabricator

Welders/Fabricators must be able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering sketches. Duties include using blueprints or sketches as work plans to develop their welding projects. Other duties involve laying out, cutting, fitting, measuring and welding metals to create the desired shape or object. This is highly detailed work and requires the employee to have a certain skill set. Core Skills required : Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment, basic math skills and mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints and recognize welding symbols and specifications, knowledge and adherence to industry safety practices. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required, along with adhering to standard industry safety practices. Quality Control

Quality control inspectors examine products and materials for defects and deviations from specifications. Duties include: reading blueprints and specifications, monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards, inspect, test or measure materials or products being produced, accept or reject finished items, and report inspection and test results. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required, along with adhering to standard industry safety practices. Drafting

Drafters work closely with Engineers and members of the design team to create production and construction drawings. Requirements include: experience in computer-aided-design (CAD) software, good math skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Duties include: preparing and reviewing drawings with the engineering team, identifying potential conflicts, and ensuring final designs comply with regulations and quality standards. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required, along with adhering to standard industry safety practices.
