FCP’s team of experienced engineers and draftsmen can provide a wide variety of services, including the creation of CAD drawings, coordination with contractors and other trades, and providing field support throughout the construction process. FCP has two dedicated professional engineers on staff. Our engineers provide an overall load and lateral analysis, design for all Precast/Prestressed members and associated connections. We pride ourselves on our ongoing commitment and coordination with other trades on each project. This coordination involves location and size of openings, block outs, embedded items, lifting devices and redesign of strand patterns or reinforcing steel.
Drafting
Our drafting department is responsible for implementing the engineers criteria along with the contract drawings to complete a set of erection drawings that include plan views, elevations, connection details , embed locations in the foundations, bracing plans, and loose material lists.
The drafting department is also responsible for generating the drawings, which are used in the production of each piece. Other responsibilities include: repair detail sketches for field use, lifting diagrams and weights.
Production
Our goal is to provide the highest quality products for your specific project. Our production process along with our Quality Control and Assurance programs exceed all PCI and ACI standards. FCP is committed to our quality process and we are constantly evaluating means of improvement. We pride ourselves on being a PCI Certified Producer.
Construction
FCP self-performs its installation, with multiple erecting and finishing crews, cranes, and equipment. We pride ourselves on being able to manage each project from procurement to installation completion. Open and direct communication with our engineers, drafting, and fabrication departments allows for immediate support for deliveries and any repairs or modifications needed during installation.
